1. Agreement & Terms Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Milk Tracker application or website (`milktracker.gulposhlabs.in`), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Gulposh Labs. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue use.

2. Purpose, Legal Metrology & Accounting Disclaimer

Milk Tracker is a digital ledger and calculation utility designed for personal household tracking, dairy farmers, and vendors. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data input, including quantities (litres), rate parameters, FAT/SNF adjustments, payment entries, and vacation schedules.

3. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

Milk Tracker offers optional paid tier subscriptions (Normal Premium and Trader Tier) processed via Google Play Billing:

• Billing Processing: Payments, renewals, and billing authorizations are processed exclusively by Google Play. Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Google Play Store Account settings.
• Refund Policy: All purchase transactions and subscription fees are non-refundable by Gulposh Labs. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play in accordance with Google Play's refund guidelines.
• Tier Entitlements: Premium benefits (ad removal, multi-profile limits, PDF exports, Google Drive sync) remain active as long as the subscription is maintained.

4. Cloud Services, Data Retention & Server Cleanup Policies

While optional Cloud Sync and Google Drive Backup options are provided for multi-device household synchronization:

• Month-Wise Rolling 12-Month Retention Window: Active cloud database clusters maintain transaction records on a month-by-month 12-month rolling cycle. Automated server cleanup executes on the final day (30th/31st) of each month. When a household ledger completes 12 full calendar months of syncing and transitions into the 13th month, the earliest 1st month in the cycle is permanently pruned from active cloud servers. Users requiring multi-year permanent archiving must maintain local JSON file exports or personal Google Drive backups.
• 3-Month Inactivity Account Purge: Cloud synchronization profiles with no recorded transaction activity for 3 consecutive months (90 days) are deemed inactive/abandoned and are subject to automated deletion from cloud servers.
• Manual Data Deletion & Verification: Users can permanently wipe cloud records instantly inside the app (Settings > Cloud Sync > Delete Cloud Data). For email-based deletion requests, proof of household administrative ownership must be verified before manual deletion to protect against unauthorized data destruction.
• Internet Connectivity & Ad Obligations: You acknowledge and agree that Milk Tracker requires active internet connectivity for loading third-party advertisements (for free-tier users), synchronizing entries with our online cloud database (when Cloud Sync is active), executing Google Drive backups, and fetching Remote Config updates. Users of the free ad-supported version must access the app with internet connectivity to allow ads to load properly and agree not to block, tamper with, or circumvent ad delivery.
• Backup Disclaimer: Local device storage corruption, uninstalls, or network disruptions may impact real-time sync. You are encouraged to maintain local JSON file exports or personal Google Drive backups.

5. Virtual Reward Coin Policies

Milk Tracker contains an internal virtual reward coin balance earned by viewing opt-in AdMob rewarded ads. These coins carry **zero monetary value**, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are non-transferable.

6. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

All code, UI designs, graphics, branding, logos, and materials related to Milk Tracker are the sole property of Owais Lone and Gulposh Labs. The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Gulposh Labs be held liable for financial losses, billing disputes, or data loss.
